Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Media Systems Engineer to oversee complex media systems, including AV and video networks, servers and workstations. You will lead projects, develop proposals, and ensure design, installation, and maintenance meet high standards.

Responsibilities include supervising engineering staff, coordinating with the Mayo help desk, and ensuring operational reliability of media infrastructure across divisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience in related field.
• Skills include enterprise network architecture, video streaming, AV systems, server/workstation admin, technical leadership and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of engineers in hardware and software-based media systems projects.
• Design, construct, install, operate, maintain, document and repair media systems and servers.
• Develop proposals and obtain leadership approvals.
• Supervise daily operations and support core services in cooperation with Mayo help desk.
• Supervise design/installation of audiovisual, videoconference, and video network systems as assigned.
