You will partner with Marketing, Regions, PLM, Sales and agencies to align media investments with business priorities and retail goals, while establishing measurement standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in media strategy and planning.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive, retail or franchise marketing.
• Proven ability to lead large cross‑functional teams and agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy, planning, audience targeting, channel mix and optimization.
• Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks and governance to drive performance.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and investment decisions.
• Develop national, regional, and dealer media frameworks to improve alignment.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, analytics and performance optimization initiatives.
• Mentor teams and manage agency relationships to ensure accountability.
