Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Media/Communications or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of media planning/communications planning experience.
• Strong understanding of media fundamentals including reach/frequency.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related systems.
• Ability to work within a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong business mindset and highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Manager in developing communication plan options and recommendations.
• Gather and analyze data to inform sound, insights-driven media recommendations.
• Deliver POVs/position papers on key client issues and opportunities.
• Ensure proper execution of plans: budget control and monitoring; update Manager and clients as needed.
• Train and developing Associates, and review their work for accuracy.
• Maintain integrity and collaborate across internal and external teams.
• Provide timely and accurate delivery of all work.
