You will plan and build paid advertising campaigns on Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic display platforms, and other digital platforms, whether that's driving conversions or launching awareness and consideration campaigns. Your daily tasks include media planning, ad-buying, campaign trafficking, optimizing performance, and reporting. You will also be responsible for leading client relationships, including reporting calls and strategy meetings. You will partner with the Brand Media team to build every plan as one connected system, and provide dotted-line guidance to Associate Media Planners as you deepen your expertise across the performance mix.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in the development of integrated media plans and strategies, contributing directly to performance channel strategy and plan direction
  • Oversee end-to-end management of media campaigns in performance platforms, from setup and trafficking through optimization and reporting
  • Execute a wide variety of online media, focusing on PPC and paid social, as well as display and video
  • Set up and QA conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging with measurement and analytics teams before launch
  • Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and overall ROI
  • Design and run structured tests across creative, audiences, and bidding, and translate results into optimization recommendations
  • Construct and deliver detailed reports every month and present them to clients
  • Present media plans and strategic recommendations directly to clients, with Supervisor support on complex or sensitive accounts
  • Partner with the Brand Media team so brand and performance tactics run as one plan
  • Provide dotted-line guidance and day-to-day direction for Associate Media Planners, including quality review of client-facing reports and feedback on their work, without formal performance management authority
  • Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools and agency resources
  • Maintain daily campaign pacing and budget tracking
  • Work alongside measurement, creative and other teams within FINN to ensure campaigns are a success
  • Evaluate new media platforms and tools, and develop points of view on their fit for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with media trends and best practices

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of employees, partners, and clients
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience guiding or reviewing the work of junior planners a plus

  • Familiarity with audience research and competitive intelligence platforms such as GWI and MediaRadar, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of brand media channels (CTV/streaming, audio, OOH, partnerships) to inform how performance strategy connects across the full media plan
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
