In this critical role, you will manage budgets, scale performance, and work closely with creative and growth teams to ensure profitable global operations. You should possess extensive experience in Meta buying for ecommerce brands and be comfortable analyzing performance data daily. Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta buying for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Ability to scale budgets while maintaining profitability targets.
• Understanding of full-funnel strategy across acquisition, retargeting, and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Own True Classic’s global Meta ad account across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
• Optimize across creative, audiences, placements, bids, budgets, and landing page alignment.
• Own the Meta testing roadmap with structured hypotheses and actionable insights.
