Finlink Group is seeking a Media Buyer/Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own user acquisition across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll build and scale acquisition programs that deliver, stay ahead of platform changes, and explore AI-driven improvements to campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or user acquisition.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and other major platforms, with a data-driven approach.
• Agency experience or direct client-facing work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own user acquisition results across multiple client accounts with ROAS, CPR, and cost-per-FTD targets.
• Set performance goals with clients and leadership; monitor progress and adjust quickly when needed.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic platforms.
• Manage multi-million-dollar monthly media budgets and allocate spend by performance.
• Continuously improve efficiency through audience strategy, bidding, placements, and testing.
• Build a disciplined experimentation process across audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align assets with platform requirements and testing briefs.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking (Meta Conversions API, server-side tracking, server-to-server postbacks).
• Develop reporting connecting impression to conversion and deposit, including LTV analyses.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for AI/automation to speed up management and reporting.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and privacy rules to avoid performance issues.
• Explore new channels and acquisition opportunities to drive growth.
