Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years of OOH media buying/planning preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using SBMS, Google Maps, DoMedia & Geopath.
• Strong multitasking, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

• Manage client, media partner, and internal communications related to account status and negotiations.
• Plan and execute RFPs; distribute to relevant OOH media partners
• Negotiate and secure OOH inventory while meeting profit goals
• Uphold accuracy in all documents and correspondence
• Leverage data to support OOH recommendations and optimize buys
• Maintain expertise in OOH formats and offerings across the U.S
• Utilize inventory banks and collaborate on new trade opportunities
• Meet all proposal and client request deadlines
• Handle planning and buying across multiple clients simultaneously
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
• Schedule and participate in client, agency and vendor meetings
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions
• May be trained to buy additional media formats as needed

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. This salary represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wage the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
