Leidos in Arlington, VA, is seeking a senior MECM Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead to oversee enterprise MECM operations, imaging, OS deployment, application packaging, and patch management for DoD networks (NIPRNet/SIPRNet/TSC). The role combines hands-on MECM work with leadership to coordinate with Cyber Compliance and gov stakeholders to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on MECM/SCCM administration at enterprise scale.
Active Top Secret clearance or higher.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
DoD 8570.01-M / 8140 IAT Level II baseline certification.
On-site at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA; reside in the DC metro area.
Strong leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

Lead MECM team, assign work, provide oversight and mentorship.
Serve as the authoritative technical contact for MECM operations and remediation.
Establish and maintain SOPs, deployment standards, testing requirements, rollback plans, and change-control docs.
Coordinate with DISA J-6/J-9 and other teams to resolve endpoint-management issues.
Brief MECM status and remediation progress to leadership in reviews.
Own vulnerability remediation and patch management using MECM.
Design and maintain imaging/OSD capabilities and task sequences.
Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications via MECM.
Manage MECM infrastructure and plan upgrades and backups.
Develop PowerShell automation for patch deployment and reporting.
Produce weekly MECM operational and remediation metrics.
Correlate MECM data with cyber tools for gap analysis.
