Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a seasoned MECM Engineer to design, implement, and operate an enterprise MECM/Intune solution for the DoD environment. The role focuses on scalable designs, patch management procedures, and cross‑team collaboration across security, operations, and service desks.

You will deploy updates, troubleshoot patch issues, and create SOPs for hand‑offs and training. A DoD Secret clearance and ITILv4/Agile familiarity are required for success in this on‑site/near‑term

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Security+ or 8570/IAT II compliance is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 5 years).
• Experience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting Microsoft and third‑party software updates.
• Experience building/deploying packages in SCCM 2012/MECM CB.
• Experience managing a large MECM infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Servers/Workstations; mobile devices a plus.
• Familiarity with STIGs, ITILv4, and Agile Scrum.
• Strong MS Office tools and SharePoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an experienced MECM engineer for design and implementation of MECM/Intune for the DAF.
• Ensure the solution design is scalable to meet DAF needs.
• Establish patch management procedures per industry best practices.
• Deploy applications and updates based on defined criteria.
• Remediate patch and application issues and conflicts.
• Create SOPs and documentation for hand-offs and cross-training.
• Operate and maintain MECM infrastructure for the enterprise.
• Track SLAs/SLRs and generate required reports.
• Collaborate with DAF enterprise and security teams to meet requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders and peers.
