Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a seasoned MECM Engineer to support the DoD EITaaS program. The role focuses on designing and deploying MECM/Intune solutions, patch management, and enterprise endpoint management for Windows devices, with DoD security requirements in mind.

You will collaborate with security teams, own patching processes, and help scale the MECM environment to meet evolving DoD needs while maintaining strong customer communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Security+ or 8570/IAT II compliance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; degree may substitute 5 years.
• Experience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting Microsoft updates.
• Experience building/deploying application packages in SCCM 2012 / MECM Current Branch.
• Experience managing a large MECM infrastructure.
• Experience with DoD STIGs, ITILv4, and Agile Scrum.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MECM/Intune solution for DoD customer.
• Ensure scalable design to meet DoD needs.
• Deploy apps and updates per criteria.
• Remediate patching issues and conflicts.
• Create SOPs and documentation for hand-offs.
• Operate and maintain MECM infrastructure and produce SLA/SLR reports.
• Collaborate with security teams to meet requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
