Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance Team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects, while training and mentoring others.

The role emphasizes safety, conveyor maintenance, PLCs, CMMS, reading blueprints, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment and automated conveyors.
• 4+ years experience with preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years experience with CMMS.
• 2+ years experience with PLC programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety by following procedures and maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems; install, maintain, and troubleshoot controls and sensors.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
