Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Cromwell, CT is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment.

You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing projects. You will help train and mentor technicians, develop maintenance plans, and lead emergency repairs of critical assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems in the building.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, and sensors.
• Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations facilities.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
