Genesis10 is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (SMRT) for a full-time role with our client in the United States. Compensation: $37.50/hr plus $1/hr night differential, with flexible shift options.

Responsible for electrical and mechanical tasks on automated packaging and distribution equipment, troubleshooting control circuits, electrical distribution, and preventive/predictive maintenance. Responsibilities include promoting safety, maintaining conveyors, auditing maintenance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Experience in electrical and electronic principles in industrial settings.
• Experience conducting preventive maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with work order management.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems in the building.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, 3-phase AC motors, sensors.
• Create and close out work orders with labor hours, maintenance, and parts data.
• Maintain positive working relationships.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
