You will design test plans, execute manual and automated tests, and drive root-cause analyses to ensure safety, quality, and reliability. Qualifications

• 6+ years in QA or testing for complex mechatronic or robotic systems.
• Proven leadership in QA test execution or systems validation.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis expertise.
• Familiarity with HIL testing and QA automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing strategy and validation for complex autonomous mechatronic platforms.
• Develop testing plans and comprehensive test cases for hardware, software and integrated systems.
• Execute manual and automated tests to meet functional, performance and reliability requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate field and lab testing across development stages.
• Participate in scrum meetings and provide QA updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and protocols.
• Represent QA in design reviews and product planning.
