Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) seeks a Mechatronics QA Engineer to ensure quality across automated mechatronic systems. You will test mechanical, electrical, and software components, identify defects, and push for reliability and safety across prototypes, field tests, and production deployments.

You will lead QA efforts, coordinate across disciplines, and contribute to test strategy, automation, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing robotics division.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in QA or testing for complex mechatronic or robotic systems.
• Proven leadership in QA test execution or systems validation.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis expertise.
• Familiarity with HIL testing and QA automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to understand system requirements and design test plans for mechatronic systems.
• Create and maintain test cases, procedures, and documentation for hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Execute manual and automated tests to verify functional, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Lead testing strategy and validation for complex autonomous mechatronic platforms.
