Job summary

You will work with mechanical, electrical, and software teams, develop test plans, report defects, participate in scrum, and mentor junior testers while traveling up to 20% for field leadership and validation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on QA/testing experience with mechatronic systems.
• Experience with test design, bug tracking, and integration validation.
• Experience testing mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases on mechatronic systems in lab and field environments.
• Report bugs and defects using test case management tools.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for integrated systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of system-level defects.
• Participate in scrum meetings and support test setup and teardown.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to QA process development.
