Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Materials.
• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Experience with 3D solid modeling tools (NX, Catia, CAD).
• Experience with mechanism/kinematic design.
• Requires active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Requires ability to obtain Special Program Access and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Support development and documentation of mechanical, fluid, and thermal environment requirements.
• Develop and modify system designs and installation proposals for downstream teams.
• Use computational tools to verify system performance against requirements.
• Perform detail design development of mechanical and fluid installations.
• Contribute to supplier development, testing, and production activities.
• Prepare technical documents for components and systems installations.
• Support standards and provide installation and detail documentation.
