Job summary

Boyd Thermal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Systems Design SME to lead metal framing and pump assemblies. You will bridge engineering, manufacturing and field execution to ensure sound, manufacturable designs that meet load requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and optimize metal framing concepts and shop drawings in SolidWorks.
• Ensure framing designs meet fabrication limits, optimize material usage, reduce tooling/scrap.
• Verify designs comply with local building codes and industry standards.
• Evaluate structural failures or defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison between customer, manufacturing, and supply partners; mentor staff.
