Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Must hold licenses and/or certifications relevant to the trade; Construction Superintendent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and applicable rules and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, coordination and BIM drawings, submittals, specs and job orders.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
