Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex mechanical construction projects in Texas. You will oversee multiple sites, supervise Superintendents, and drive schedules, safety, and quality from planning through completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating field teams, ensuring timely material delivery, and maintaining LEAN practices to improve workflow and outcomes. A strong background in BIM, blueprints, and coordination with trades is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Building Science, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods, and building products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate mechanical construction projects across sites.
• Develop and adjust project schedules; manage field execution and resources.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specifications; supervise Superintendents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other departments to support the schedule.
• Identify opportunities for prefabrication and efficiency improvements.
