Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial and institutional construction.
• Background in mechanical process piping, advanced process piping and HVAC systems.
• Past project sizes exceeding $5 million.
• Experience with monitoring production and controlling costs.
• Familiar with schedules, procurement, quality and safety controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee craft supervision in a self-perform environment.
• Analyze and implement safety plans and documentation for projects.
• Monitor production progress and control costs across projects.
• Coordinate scheduling, procurement and quality/safety measures during execution.
