Job summary

The Bell Company is seeking a Mechanical Piping Superintendent - Foreman to lead field crews in heavy industrial and institutional projects. Based in Hanover, MD with initial assignment in Baltimore, you will oversee piping activities, enforce safety requirements, monitor progress, and manage costs to meet project milestones.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in heavy industrial construction, strong background in mechanical/process piping and HVAC, and proven leadership in self-perform

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction.
• Background in mechanical process piping, advanced process piping and HVAC systems.
• Past project size should exceed $5 million.
• Experience monitoring production and controlling costs.
• Familiar with management controls (schedules, cost control, procurement, quality/safety).
• Past personal experience as a crafts person in the mechanical trades is a plus.
