Loenbro is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent in Afton, TX to lead planning, scheduling, and supervision of large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects up to $200M. You will coordinate field activities, manage craft supervisors, and partner with the Project Manager to keep safety, quality, and schedule on track.

This role requires 10+ years in large-scale construction, 7+ years in leadership of mechanical trades, and experience with data center or mission-critical projects.

Formación

• 10+ years in construction of large-scale commercial projects.
• 7+ years in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.
• Experience on data center or mission critical projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, oversee craft supervision and manage commercial mechanical construction.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen and maintain critical path.
• Oversee field activities from setup to closeout across multiple sites.
• Document field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule and report to PM.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred
