Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent - Mechanical with proven leadership on mechanical construction projects. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure compliance with contract documents and building codes.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, at least five years as a Lead Superintendent, and proficiency with Excel, Word and Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with construction experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
• Knowledge of all phases of construction, scheduling, and cost control of project scope.
• Strong technical and communication skills are critical.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and installation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction per contract documents and codes.
• Document delays, workarounds, and tie-ins with PM.
• Lead and inspire on-site, resolve disputes.
• Attend inspections on assigned projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor with quality control.
• Report project progress weekly to Field Ops Manager.
• Ensure safety and coordinate daily operations.
