Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• 5+ years in Mechanical & Structural Engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Champion technical excellence through design reviews and input.
• Develop and execute strategies for MSE Design Engineering capability.
• Lead MSE Design Engineering capability initiatives to improve program performance.
• Foster relationships with Division MSE leaders and Workforce to support staffing and redeployment.
• Partner with Enterprise management to create loan-in/out opportunities and growth programs.
• Promote employee recognition and culture to retain talent.
• Ensure representation and funding for safe, compliant products across programs.
