Turner Construction Company, via SourceBlue, is seeking an experienced procurement and supply chain professional for global vendor management on major construction projects in New Jersey. This role focuses on applying purchasing, product and technical expertise to optimize supplier performance for SB and project teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing or construction experience; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/construction material markets and trends.
• Electrical, Mechanical, or Finished Products knowledge with expertise in differentiating manufacturer services.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Negotiation skills with ability to influence decisions.
• Familiar with estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing and engineering principles, and contract docs.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and move complex projects forward.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Apply purchasing, product, and supply chain expertise to SB project teams and global company entities and clients.
• Review market dynamics to evaluate impact on vendor capacity, availability, and delivery; collaborate with vendors to address issues and set expectations.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic evaluations of vendors for product performance, responsiveness, quality and ESG alignment.
• Manage demand and capacity planning across supply chain programs and provide strategies for adherence to delivery client schedules.
• Identify global, national, regional, and local level supply chain vendors to address capacity requirements for SB services.
• Negotiate terms and manage vendor contracts, onboarding, and governance.
