Job summary

Dynamis Engineering is seeking a Mechanical SME Engineering Manager to lead a team of experts supporting the Dynamis portfolio in The Woodlands area. The role requires coordinating with core engineering branches, integration, manufacturing, and third-party firms to deliver advanced packaging and engine solutions.

The position reports to the Director of Mechanical Engineering and requires a four-year engineering degree and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Four year bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (BSME/BSEE).
• Three or more years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a team of mechanical SMEs to support the portfolio.
• Actively innovate solutions for complex packaging and engine opportunities.
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Accounting, Digital and Shared Services to align processes.
• Ensure safety processes and site policies are followed by the teams.
• Provide training and ongoing learning within the SME team.
• Perform other related duties to support operations and continuity.
