The role focuses on obtaining, coordinating design, and delivering negotiated, design-build, design-assist, and direct for owner mechanical projects with potential for long-term service business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of sales in HVAC industry required.
• PE license preferred or EIT with ability to obtain PE within 2 years.
• Excellent communication and technical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future customer requirements through relationship-building with owners, manufacturers, and contractors.
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning sales calls.
• Prepare cost estimates for engineered solutions from drawings and plans.
• Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs and communicate proposed solutions.
• Deliver engineered solutions through project management and coordination with construction teams.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
