Smurfit WestRock in West Point, VA is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to lead the site-wide reliability program, using predictive maintenance, proactive inspections, and data-driven analysis to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with EMS and engineering, implement RCA actions, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs.

BS in Mechanical Engineering with 2–5 years in manufacturing is preferred; competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Pulp and paper industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the reliability program to improve equipment availability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Manage PM and PdM routes, inspections, and lubrication programs.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
