Job summary

DNV Group is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist to provide oversight and technical input into QC activities for fixed and rotating equipment and instrumentation in both shop and field settings.

The role includes audits of suppliers and QC functions to ensure compliance with the North American Supplier Qualification program and client quality processes. You will coordinate with project teams on QC programs, mentor staff, verify documentation, and drive improvements in the refinery

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC programs for fixed and rotating equipment.
• Auditing supplier/contractor QC activities and compliance to client processes.
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards in refinery/integrity programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and input into QC activities for fixed/rotating equipment and instrumentation in shop and field settings.
• Lead supplier/contractor audits under North American Supplier Qualification guidelines.
• Ensure QC paperwork is completed correctly by craft personnel and supervision.
• Coach less experienced specialists and client supervisors in established QC practices.
