Job summary

DNV Group is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist to provide oversight and technical input into quality control activities for fixed and rotating equipment and instrumentation in shop and field environments.

The role includes audits of suppliers/contractors under the North American Supplier Qualification program and audits of QC functions inside and outside the refinery; the position requires leadership in QA/QC programs and coaching of less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Oversee QA/QC for fixed and rotating equipment in shop and field.
• Audit suppliers/contractors under North American Supplier Qualification program.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards in QA/QC work.
• Coach and mentor less experienced specialists and client supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and technical input into quality control activities for fixed equipment, rotating equipment and instrumentation.
• Perform audits of suppliers/contractors in compliance with the North American Supplier Qualification program.
• Perform audits of QC functions within and outside of the refinery.
• Lead in supplier/contractor audits and ensure QC paperwork is completed correctly.
