Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a CBRE Mechanical Project Planner to deliver consulting services across real estate projects, from initiation to closeout. The role sits within the Project Management function and requires coordinating with clients on scope, budgets, milestones, and risk management.

The position emphasizes governance, data integrity, and leadership of the project delivery team, with on-site requirements and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred where applicable.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, budget, milestones, and plans.
• Define resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Implement project governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team and track progress and variances.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; communicate status to stakeholders.
