Job Juncture is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for a hybrid role in Springfield or West Linn, Oregon. You will lead multidisciplinary MEP projects, interact with clients and partners, and guide engineers toward successful delivery of complex building systems.

Qualifications

• PE license required with PM experience in mechanical engineering or MEP consulting.
• Experience leading across multiple building systems and project types.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and multidisciplinary MEP design projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subconsultants, contractors and clients.
• Serve as trusted client contact and provide technical leadership.
• Mentor engineers and designers to promote growth.
• Identify challenges early and drive practical solutions.
• Support long-term client relationships and future opportunities.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive designs.
