Job summary

gpac, a regionally recognized mechanical construction and facilities services firm, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout in Malden, MA. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with in-house engineering and fabrication teams.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay apps while maintaining client and contractor relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination.
