Job summary

EMCOR Services Scalise Industries in Lawrence, PA seeks a Project Manager in the Mechanical Group to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control HVAC and Plumbing projects up to $3 Million, ensuring on-time completion and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of mechanical project management, relevant HVAC and plumbing licenses, and strong scheduling, cost control, and team leadership. Proficiency in Windows/MS Office; COINS OA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of demonstrated experience in Mechanical Project Management for HVAC and/or Plumbing projects.
• Licenses in HVAC and plumbing are a plus.
• Experience with project scheduling, bids, and coordinating site contractors.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and keep to budgets.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of the contract.
• Prepare forecasts and ensure financial goals are met.
• Lead a team of technical staff and coordinate turnover, schedule, and values.
• Manage safety, subcontractors, materials, and procurement.
• Maintain records and communicate with clients and project team.
