Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations in Montgomery, AL, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical installation projects from kickoff through completion.

You will drive safety, schedule, and quality while guiding internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results and satisfied clients. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mechanical construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science Management, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction industry.
• Experience assisting with project management or field leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the estimate and initiate all tasks related to project kickoff.
• Build relationships with the project team (in house and outside partners), providing leadership and guidance.
• Review the financial picture and present an impressive project forecast.
• Assess any risk factors, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Complete some paperwork, though much of that is completed digitally with internal workflows.
