CMTA, formerly known as AMA Group, seeks an experienced Mechanical Senior Associate/Project Manager to oversee mechanical activities across multiple projects. Responsibilities include client interfacing, full project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, and leading internal resources.

The role requires a strong background in MEPT with 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience and 6+ years in project management, plus proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• PE preferred for consideration.
• 10+ years as a Mechanical Engineer in MEP with 7+ years of mechanical design experience.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience independently leading projects with budgeting and proposals.
• Excellent client facing and communication skills with experience presenting to C-Suite stakeholders.
• Expert understanding of the construction process and interpretation of construction drawings.
• AutoCAD and REVIT proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Focus on client interactions and meeting the client’s expectations for mechanical projects.
• Be responsible for all facets of product delivery to clients and accountable for client satisfaction.
• Lead the planning, interpreting, organizing, scheduling, and managing projects through all phases of development.
• Establish and monitor the budget, manage the project team, and prepare schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Oversee design development, production of working drawings, and construction administration on projects.
• Maintain an overview of the project team’s workload and commitments to successfully meet deadlines and balance resource utilization.
• Act as Senior Designer on projects when necessary.
• Lead and manage 1-2 direct reports.
