Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role oversees complex mechanical construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management within mechanical construction, proven budgeting and procurement skills, and strong leadership. PMP or related certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Project Management role within the mechanical construction industry.
• Strong budgeting, contract management, and procurement skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full life cycle of mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial constraints.
• Handle project procurement, sourcing, and contractor negotiations.
• Manage change orders and progress reports with clear documentation.
• Monitor financial performance and identify проблемы, implementing solutions.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Implement strategic planning to ensure efficient project delivery.
