Job summary

Innovative Mechanical & Design (IMD) is seeking a hands-on Project Manager in Windsor to lead mechanical construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and safety compliance while coordinating field and office teams with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction PM and 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent with relevant PM certifications.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction and project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Manage budgets, labor, materials, and equipment; track change orders and costs.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; ensure safety compliance.
