Stellar Group Inc. seeks a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead self-performed plumbing, HVAC, and piping projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and diverse field teams while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in construction processes, excellent communication, and a proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within funding parameters. Remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in self-performed mechanical project management and construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of designated projects to meet goals on time and within budget.
• Buyout subcontracts and materials for plumbing, HVAC, and piping systems.
• Prepare and update project schedules with supervision teams.
