The role requires 7+ years of leadership in construction, strong communication, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in self-performed mechanical project management.
• Thorough understanding of industrial mechanical systems: plumbing, HVAC, and piping.
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of designated projects.
• Achieve goals within time frame and funding parameters.
• Buyout subcontracts and materials; prepare scopes and specs.
• Prepare and update project schedules with field leaders.
• Analyze labor productivity and project efficiency.
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports; handle change orders and cost projections.
• Generate monthly invoices; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Ensure commissioning, close-out documents, and customer communications.
