Real is seeking a Senior Project Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead high-impact mechanical and electrical integration initiatives at a new facility in Branchburg, NJ. The role combines hands-on leadership with end-to-end project ownership from concept through execution in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical engineering background, experience managing capital projects, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

Qualificações

• Strong mechanical engineering background with knowledge of mechanical/electrical interfaces.
• Experience managing complex capital projects and equipment installations.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Experience within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own 2-3 critical engineering projects from onboarding through execution.
• Lead the installation of a backup power generation system, including a new generator and automatic transfer switch.
• Manage interior build-out of a new facility and installation of multiple self-contained systems and equipment.
• Serve as the key technical resource for mechanical and electrical system integration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
