Ideal candidates have strong mechanical engineering expertise, experience in complex capital projects, and a proactive leadership mindset. GMP manufacturing experience is a strong plus. Compensation targets $120K-$140K base with 10–15% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical engineering background with understanding of mechanical/electrical interfaces.
• Proven experience managing complex capital projects and equipment installations.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of 2-3 critical engineering projects following onboarding and training period.
• Lead the implementation of a backup power generation system, including a new generator and automatic transfer switch.
• Manage the full interior build-out of a new facility, including installation of multiple self-contained systems and equipment.
• Serve as the key technical resource for mechanical and electrical system integration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

I'm partnered with a growing life sciences manufacturer seeking a Senior Project Mechanical Engineering Supervisor/Manager to lead several high-impact engineering initiatives.
