You will direct safety, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder communications while delivering on-time, on-budget results using BIM tools and design/build approaches.

The role emphasizes collaboration across healthcare, life sciences, commercial and industrial sectors with a focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in mechanical or construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and office software (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint, Bluebeam Revu).
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage complex schedules.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety of all field personnel and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee field labor productivity and quality control to meet milestones.
• Manage project financials: forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Procure materials and equipment and ensure timely delivery.
• Administer change orders and maintain client relationships for ongoing work.
• Oversee cash flow management and resource allocation.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership to project teams and support for direct reports.
