Job summary

University Mechanical is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager for our Anaheim, CA location. The role leads mechanical construction projects safely, on time and within budget across Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, Industrial and other markets.

Key duties include safety leadership, schedule and cost control, procurement, change orders, and client relations. A 5–7 year construction background or relevant degree is required; BIM and design/build experience favored.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years construction-related experience or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of field personnel on projects and ensure field productivity.
• Manage project financials, changes, cash flow, and reporting.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment; maintain owner/client relations.
