• 15+ years of mechanical construction operations experience

• Provide leadership on large projects from pursuit through close-out.
• Direct financial and profitability aspects of projects.
• Lead pre-construction activities and define project strategy.
• Turnover between pre-construction and operations teams.
• Assign staff and monitor performance on projects.
• Develop client relationships to exceed satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate financial and project reporting.
• Visit sites to monitor performance and expenditures.
• Mentor staff and promote teamwork.
• Escalate issues when needed.
