Job summary

Core States Group is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead the design and management of mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion. You will apply expertise in HVAC, plumbing, piping, refrigeration, fire protection, and fuel systems, coordinating with engineers, architects, and construction managers.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit and MS Office, with AutoCAD a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in general building mechanical design production for commercial projects.
• PE license required.
• Revit and MS Office required; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and clients, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
• Manage project plans, staffing, budgets, schedules, and overall execution.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Engineering Designers, and other staff.
