Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, healthcare and building-design focus.
• Serve as the primary mechanical engineering resource throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and review mechanical designs, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with other disciplines.
• Provide project management including scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and quality control.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Represent the mechanical discipline in meetings and client discussions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Evaluate construction costs and lifecycle considerations.
• Participate in design reviews and construction administration.
• Ensure projects meet codes, standards, and client requirements.
