Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Project Engineer for our Nuclear Services Group in the United States. The role involves leading interdisciplinary design projects, developing competitive proposals, and managing budgets and client communications to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in nuclear or related industries, a mechanical/nuclear/chemical engineering background (or PMP), and a track record of cross-functional leadership with strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Design Engineering experience with modification and implementation in power facilities.
• Minimum of 6 years in nuclear, power, or industrial industries as Engineer or PM.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering or PMP with 10 years' exp.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand budget and accounting processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills across disciplines and teams.
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
