Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership in development, design, and execution of capital projects.
• Oversee outside engineering firms to ensure designs comply with specs and standards.
• Support maintenance with mechanical design input for reliability and retrofit projects.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, and schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Lead external contractors for design efforts and coordinate peak activity resources.
• Develop engineering specifications and bid packages for services, labor, and equipment.
• Lead design reviews with input from Production, Process, and Maintenance teams.
• Utilize SAP to manage project spending and equipment setup.
